Recent commission.
The file I posted yesterday had no broom straws, but I'm afraid I didn't notice it at first. Strange that nobody else seems to have noticed it, either. Did you all think she was fling a shillelagh? It's Halloween coming up, not St. Patrick's Day! Anyway, I corrected the art today, scanned that part of the page and pasted a patch into the file. The corrected file now replaces the old one.

Since enstarring sticks into becoming wands, requires a wand, it bears reason that an "UrWand" had to start the whole she-bang. The UrWand (location not disclosed to the rank & file) was bestowed on Voino by an entity named "Oren-Vhuh". Voino was,therefore, the first wizard.
