Trail Guide - The Link

I got the file to the editors of the Carlton student paper with only moments to spare. They would have had to gone with a version crudely coloured by one of their staff otherwise. But I managed to get the job done and copies of The Link were on the racks by morning.

If you compare this with another entry in my gallery called "Off Trail" you'll see that the background in "Trail Guide" is a portion of the middle left hand side, where there was nothing in the foreground. Layering one thing over another in Photoshop is easy-peasy once you know the tricks.

In "Saara's" hands is a copy of a previous issue of The Link that I copied by hand into the drawing.
