This Mortal Land

Memories of my previous home of 14 years, and the death of my mother. Not exactly a barrel of laughs, but hopefully poetic in spots.

The photo I used is the Haine's cemetery next to St. John's United Church, near Wernersville, PA, west of Reading somewhere. It was donated by the Haine's family before 1735, and the early burials are mostly of German settlers in those parts.
