take a radish then dip it in sugar. That's what I always thought they tasted like.
Sort of like when you dip Rhubarb in sugar.
But the texture I agree is probably like a hard candy stick.
and radish bars I always thought would have the texture of a rice crispy treat, but also be a sweet radish flavor.
